30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of service if you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service date
  • You must provide a detailed explanation of the issue or dissatisfaction
  • We must be given the opportunity to inspect the work and attempt to resolve the issue
  • The request must be made by the original account holder or authorized representative

What's Covered

  • Incomplete cleaning tasks as specified in your service agreement
  • Quality issues that fall below our professional standards
  • Services not performed as agreed upon
  • Scheduling errors on our part

What's Not Covered

  • Dissatisfaction reported more than 30 days after service
  • Issues arising from inaccurate service specifications provided by the client
  • Damage or conditions existing prior to our service
  • Areas not included in the original service agreement
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service

Resolution Process

Before issuing a refund, we prefer to resolve any issues directly. Our resolution process includes:

Step 2: Inspection and Assessment

A member of our team will inspect the work and assess the issue. This typically occurs within 24-48 hours of your report.

Step 3: Resolution Options

Based on our assessment, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Re-service: We will return to complete or redo the work at no additional cost
  • Partial refund: If only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory
  • Full refund: If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Check refunds will be mailed to your address on file

Recurring Service Contracts

For clients with recurring service contracts:

  • The 30-day refund policy applies to each individual service
  • Contract cancellations require 30 days written notice
  • Prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis
  • No refunds for services already rendered without valid complaint

Emergency Services

For emergency cleaning services:

  • The 30-day refund policy still applies
  • Due to the urgent nature, we recommend immediate inspection upon completion
  • Issues should be reported within 24 hours when possible

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution offered, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to fair and reasonable resolution of all disputes and will work with you to find a satisfactory outcome.
